I animalize
brutal acceptance
opening again
the paradox
of delirious unhingement
burrowing in
to my own dark body
that pulls smiles through air
to arrive
and die just like this
held down
with volcanic arms
-Orchid-
many soft, swollen faces
one long neck
several huge tongues
jungle legs
I am different
hit me with handfuls
of steam
pinch what is freckled and pink
with a violence
that kills tomorrow
right now
-Car-
it runs over itself
like pulling a sock inside out
in anger
she stands outside the crash
blows it
like an air mattress
each time the air comes hissing out
goes flat
she always dies
on the land
