"Paper Shoes" is an evening length piece for stage which was crafted from many, curious, ritualistic and sensual vignettes, like a collage, a poem, or the mysterious insides of a child’s mind. “Paper Shoes” illustrated three themes: the tragic time when children stop pretending, the disintegration of romantic love, and the hypothetical last moments of a woman’s fertility.
